I know this has been brought up here in the past, but now I have personal experience with this.......

My ds8, (the cutest little leprechaun around but is giving me grey hairs on a daily basis) took one and used it on his chest to wash off some marker. He did it on his own, I didn't even know he had written on his chest (thank you Hannah Montanna....hopefully the face on chest/stomach is the only thing he took away from the show)

I never would have used it on him, but obviously he missed the memo. He has just seen how well they get markers off other places they don't belong. Anyway, he gave himself a chemical burn.

All this to say....Warn your children never to use them on themselves or their littler sibs.

This is the boy who at two opened up Claritan packages and took them, he also opened a package of razors and cut his finger... l plan to keep him out of trees! I think I need some chocolate!

I did throw out my magic eraser after I saw how powerful it was... I was afraid the boys would think it was a regular sponge and in their helpfulness destroy all the furniture! I didn't even think about its chemical content!
