We're watching, too! The announcer is about to give me an ulcer.  Dh was on the phone with his mom in Detroit when we thought the Redwings had it with 40 sec left...he hung up the phone too early!

DD was watching at friends and I wondered what was keeping her so late.
Rolled in the door after midnight, needing to sleep but refusing to go to bed before the end.
Her college is near Pittsburgh so we have a whole host of new teams to watch

My husband stayed up for the whole thing, I finally crashed at 12:15. He got up to run and get a drink of water when the final goal was scored. He couldn't believe he missed it.

I didn't make it through the whole thing, either, but my husband and son did. My husband will be bleary eyed at work today but I think everyone else will be too!

I only made it through the first 2 OT and then I had to turn it off. It was frustrating me and I was beginning to yell at the tiny men on my TV! I am not really a hocky fan, but I turned on my tv to watch the news and got hooked! I'm a Michigan girl, so I am bummed that Pittsburg won, but I also think they earned it last night! Wow!

Being from Michigan I had to stay up all night and watch my Wings!!! My sister was at the game
I am so ready for the Wings to win in Pittsburgh tomorrow night.

We are originally from Pittsburgh so although we seem to be the minority here, I gotta say, GO PENGUINS!! (My 18 year old godson would be very disappointed if I didn't ).

Ladies, you have to admit. That goal tending by Fleury warranted him to have another try in a Game 7. :-) Yep, he was something else, very impressive. Geographically we should be cheering for Detroit, but have become Pittsburgh fans just from watching their play, their players and Fleury. Go Pittsburgh, but it's game 7 and anything is possible. Let the game play on. Get your popcorn and for those in the eastern time zones, make sure you have a nap today! hee hee Let's all remember, both teams are winners at this point in time just for making it to where they are. Congrats to all those young men!
Here's to strong coffee tomorrow morning, bleary eyes and big smiles on the successful close of ice hockey season.

We are very big hockey fans and respect Pittsburgh also but my heart is with the Wings
