Lissa snuck the news of a new beat into another thread. I moved Irene's post and it became the first on this thread. This way, we're sure to draw lots of attention to the news that a new baby is on the way and to congratulate her properly!

Oh, I have the BEST arrangement in the world when it comes to footrubs. Long ago, when Scott was first contemplating quitting his job to go freelance, we hit upon a deal that pleased us both--he gets to sleep in most mornings, and every evening he gives me a footrub. I am far and away the winner in this little arrangement....in a house full of kids it's not as if 'sleeping in' means getting to stay asleep all that late anyway. But I still get my footrubs!
Thanks so much for all the congratulations, everybody. We're all very excited. Kate has started knitting already. I'm due in early April, so she has plenty of time...

Lissa,
Congratulations!
How are you feeling?
I am expecting too (early May) and unfortunately it has hit me like a ton of bricks! This is the worst by far, but I am trying to keep my eyes focused on the goal!

Did you just slip this in, Molly? Congrats to you, too! And all this house stuff...it's a lot to handle. Hope you both start feeling better soon!
