I'm just wondering what you homeschooling moms do to energize yourselves. My husband is pretty good about letting me take a break in my room once in a while. I could go out if I wanted to but when I'm pregnant I'm too tired. I feel guilty taking even a half hour upstairs in my room. But if I don't take that time then I go really crazy, LOL. So, what do you do? I used to exercise a lot but I don't do that at all anymore.

I go out with friends, with dh... go to the beach (my fav. right now)

I sit out in the hammock while the kids play.

once a year I get together with friends somewhere around the US. this yr I was lucky enough to have them come my way. we had an incredible week of fun! Total revival for me! just the break I needed.

dh doesn't 'let' me do or not do anything. when I need a break I take one... how I take depends on the situation and who can watch the kids... lol
