Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Anyone do this through their blog?
I did the application online and I really didn't think they would approve because its just little old me and my blog, but honestly I am constantly listing and linking books and other products through them, I figured I'd give it a shot. They accepted me.
So good? bad?

I probably should have asked BEFORE I applied...

I do this, and I like it. I haven't made that much, but I did accrue enough credit around Christmastime (I had it routed to a gift certificate) that I was able to buy several books for my kids for virtually free. They don't hassle you if you don't get much traffic, and it is nice to be able to post a linked image of a book when you're talking about it, whether anyone actually buys it or not.

I did mention to family and friends that if they were GOING to buy something through Amazon, they COULD click a search link on my blog, or a gift certificate link, or whatever . . . I think that probably accounts for my Christmas "allowance!"

I do this. I signed up because it was nice to be able to put book photos up on my blog without using up all of my own server space. I have never earned more than a few dollars a month, but they just carry it from month to month until it adds up to enough that they will go ahead and give you a credit.

I've been an associate since 1999. It pays for the website and my book habit. It's almost like bartering.

Maria,
I've done it for the past couple years.
MacBeth taught me how.

It's a nice little "plus" in a hsing household.

It feeds my book habit and just this past week my husband needed a digital oven thermometer/timer for the smokehouse he just built to make smoked sausage in and I was able to offer to buy it for him. And one of my boys requested a book which is coming out this month and his b-day is next month so I had available funds for at least one b-day present.

It's nice to be able to do that for our loved ones every now and then.
