Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Our heat went out last night. I plugged in our small space heater but we are down to 50 degrees in the house. We are bundled up warm and waiting for the heating people to come. This is the second time this winter.

Brrr...

They are here now and have been for about an hour. Still no heat.      I have 3 pairs of socks on and my toes are still freezing.   Andrew has red cheecks and a nose.

Praise God, we have heat! The fuel pump was bad and needed to be replaced.

When that happened to us, we holed up in a room with warm mist vaporizers running. That helped a lot.

I hope it is fixed soon. I know how that feels.
