Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I have been looking for plain cotton (either small floral print or solid colors) skirts with side inset pockets and an elastic waist.

I want a simple a-line or straight design to wear with solid color t-shirts and sandals.

Other than making them where could I find them?

Honestly, I liked the two denim ones I got from Bedford Fair

Don't know if they will have anything for you there...

Rachel (who is always on the lookout for a good skirt)

I ordered two denim (one of each color, but they sent two of the same ) and one khaki of the style above and I love them!! I just hang them to dry and they look great. The khaki is a stiffer fabric, but still nice. I'm petite and the length is perfect, and they have big, deep pockets. Not to mention the price was right.

I have one similiar to this that I just love:

skirt

It doesn't have pockets but it's great with a t-shirt and sandles for summer time!

Well, my link doesn't seem to work. You can try going to www.sierratradingpost.com and search for Dakini Floral Skirt - Long. That is the name of it.

TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Ross are always good bets for these kinds of skirts-- oh, and maybe even Kohls (could be more expensive there though..)

Target has some adorable skirts on clearance right now. I had to resist!! I also found some really cute/cool jammie capris that will work well under my skirts after baby!

I agree! I found all these at Good Will on the same day. I usually get three or four at a time. It just takes a while to go through everything. And they have all been in very cood condition. Unfortunately, it hasn't been that easy to find maternitity skirts, so I bought elastic ones.
