I didn't see this posted anywhere else (if I missed it I apologize!). This morning the Supreme Court (5-4) UPHELD the federal ban on partial birth abortion (Gonzalez v. Carhart--Carhart being a Nebraska abortion provider). According to our local pro-life office, this is the first time in 34 years that any kind of ban on abortion has been upheld.

I also saw this today (and no it hasn't been posted here yet). Considering that 34 year thing, this is a very big victory for the pro-life side. Praise God.
