What's the etiquette for adding blogs?

Just add what you like/visit or is it best to ask the owner of a blog?

I'm asking because I'm finally there, but don't know if it's ok to add your awesome blogs.

I hope I haven't offended anyone.
I've never been offended by others doing it.
I still don't mind.

I guess if someone put my blog addy on their X-rated blogroll or something, I'd probably take issue. I mean , right?

I'm happy to say no one has done that so far. I'd probably fall out of my chair in shock if there was anything to take such issue with on any of the blogs that reference my blog.

I like it. I go in and click on who clicked what to get to my blog and am often pleasantly surprised by where it takes me. Like meeting the friend of a friend of a friend if you can understand that at all.

I don't have an answer to your question because I'm blog-less (wish I had one, though!); however, I did want to say what a lovely blog you do have.

Hope your daughter's arm recovers well. My 6 y.o. spent a good part of last summer in a cast and she held her arm in "cast position" for a while after, too.
