well I did notice that it takes longer to recover from b-day fun than a couple of years ago! LOL

Advice? Just be grateful for each birthday there after. Thank God that He has granted you another year to serve your family and watch your children grow. It's good to be alive.

Outside of that, being over 40 is nothing like being 20. Gosh, I miss those days.

I just turned 47 a couple days ago and I have to say so far the 40's have been a lot of fun!!

I still feel 28 some days...not all days, but many of them.
