Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I would suggest breakfast pizza. My husband loves it and did so as a teenager as well.

Don't have the recipe handy right this minute but here's the idea (I can post the recipe later if you need it).

Cresent roll crust
Hash brown potatoes
Sausage (browned b/f adding - bulk kind of sausage)
Eggs (beaten with some salt & pepper)
Cheddar Cheese
A little parm. cheese on top

You're a brave mom to have that many teenage boys around! Good luck & have fun!

Hi Natalia,

At brunch this Sunday, we'll be serving my 11yo's favorite - "scramblers" - which are our homemade version of a breakfast sandwich:

biscuits or croissants
scrambled eggs or omelettes (with or without cheese and diced peppers)
Canadian bacon or sausage patties

Cook all and sandwich together.

I would do a BIG stack of pancakes and keep 'em coming! Bacon or sausage on the side. OJ and milk.

When I have a houseful often I'll make breakfast burritos. You can make the torillas up ahead of time and grate the cheese, even cook up some bacon ahead of time a crumble (or buy crumbles). That morning all you have to do is scramble lots of eggs and dice some tomatoes. Everyone can make their own burritos.

We do these and they're yummy!

Michelle, the tortillas sound great, too!

Have fun!

I always make breakfast casseroles. You make them the night before & cook them the next morning. Recently, I put them in the oven right before we left for Church & set the delay start. When we arrived home from Mass, the casseroles were ready.

Thanks y'all for the suggestions.
Dawn, I went with your idea. I bought those big croissants at Sam's, made some scramble eggs and cook some Canadian Bacon. They assambled their own sandwiches. I also made a fruit salad and had OJ to drink. Nice and easy. Thanks.
