A friend shared this link on facebook to 20 gluten-free slow cooker meals from Costco. I thought it looked interesting and thought I would share!

I am meal plan challenged, so I appreciate having it all laid out for me.

Thank you so much for posting this Books! I love that she also has lists and plans for Sams and Aldi, since we don't have Costco in our area! I was just setting up a grocery list for a family visit next month, while also trying, trying, trying to come up with a menu plan. I'm seriously menu-challenged, after years of migraines and ill health always interfering with any best laid plans. I barely scratched the surface of her site, but I hope to return to it when I have more time, but first I'm off to reorganize our overflow pantry before we can add any new groceries! Thank you again for sharing such a gem!
