Yes, I had to change the title, because every time I put “What’s For Dinner?” in the title, it got all wiggy-wammied. Not sure why...
So, what are you cooking this week??
Monday--Hamburger skillet dinner--hamburger with sauteed onions, red peppers, garlic, diced tomatoes, frozen kale and penne pasta.
Tuesday--Navy bean soup
Wednesday--Leftovers
Thursday--Spaghetti
Friday--Tuna and rice casserole....anyone have a good recipe that’s dairy and egg free?
Saturday--Roast with veggie and potatoes
Sunday--Ham, sweet potatoes, green beans

I think we're going to do soup with sourdough bread (got the starter going, this will be the first try) tonight.
tomorrow - fajitas/carnitas/burritos something along those lines, just not sure of the exact toppings yet.
Wednesday - stroganoff

There's a recipe on the side of the can.
Actually I went to look and the brand I bought this time doesn't have it so here's one that's pretty close. Apparently there are quite a few ways but they're sooo easy. A bit stinky but yummy and served with frozen sweet potato fries. Depending on the size of your fam, you might need to make 2 cans.
