Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

So, how is the best way to store it. . . Just made challah bread - now of course most of it is already eaten so I don't imaging ever needing to store bread for more then 2 days! I've looked online and get all sorts of advice!

I just got a bread machine - first loaf turned out AWESOME!

Yeah, I don't worry about it because it takes a lot of work to have enough to store for very long. In a bag and in the bread drawer works fine for a couple of days.. you do want to bag it or it'll dry out.. but for longer you'd want it in the fridge or even freezer.. it doesn't have all the preservatives and such that let's store bread sit on the counter for days and days.

A clean kitchen towel placed over the loaves can offer temporary protection, but we tend to use regular gallon size zip tie style bags (no ziplock top) ~ Walmart carries a store brand called Good Value. You'll notice the boxes usually have a loaf of bread pictured on them. Two or three loaves packed in the regular zip tie style bags fit quite well inside 2.5 gallon Hefty zipper bags for extra protection in the freezer.
