oh yummmmm...
I was looking to buy some greek yogurt.. it's high in protein so it makes a nice snack. But my favorite flavor of yogurt is lemon and no one carries it in lemon. After that the raspberry is ok but the cheapest was out of raspberry but they had plain.. so I got the plain and figured I'd try adding some frozen raspberries I have or something.. but then at the next store with the jams they had a small jar of lemon curd. And I figured I had to try it and sure enough.. I added a spoonful of the lemon curd to the plain greek yogurt and got the nicest flavor of lemon yogurt

I've been looking for recipes and lemon curd looks pretty simple to make too.

Devin makes two different recipes. I'm pretty sure these are the recipes:
Lemon Curd
Microwave Lemon Curd
Both are yummy. I think you sacrifice texture (a bit gritty?) when it is made in the microwave.
OK...now I'm craving lemon curd.
Love,

Oooh I love to make lemon curd. It is easy as easy but just takes some time - nice meditative stirring. We love it in cakes and on scones, but I have never added it to yoghurt...sounds like a lovely snack on a hot day.

That sounds absolutely luscious! Chobani makes lemon Greek yogurt. I've found it in only a couple of stores, but I mention it at the stores that don't have that flavor, hoping they'll get some in. It's especially delicious with some fresh blueberries or raspberries stirred in.
Peace,
Nancy

how funny Nancy.. that is the brand I got.. but all they had was strawberry, raspberry and plain.. I'll be sure and mention it to the store that is carrying it. Though I've noticed that even of the regular yogurts it's getting harder and harder to find lemon.
