I had planned to make spaghetti for dinner and may yet do that. Dh wants to go out for date night. We'll see.

Fresh bruschetta on pasta with iced tea! It was a great light meal before the ball game tonight! And...I'll enjoy a small bowl later with a nice glass of Chardonnay! I'll need it after this day!

Homemade sausage and onion rolls...gotta go shopping..they were the best offerings and yet I feel guilty for not keeping the meal a meatless Friday sacrifice for an end to abortion..sigh! Well, at least we went to Blue Army and had a beautiful May Crowning today! You should have seen the sky when we were done...

DH and I are going out, haven't yet decided where - not anywhere fancy. Today dh took the day off work to spend chain-sawing firewood into the right sized pieces. He and I have both been stacking wood... Sounds like a great day not to cook. The kids will eat from their choice of leftovers and/or freezer staples.
