I make my own laundry soap which has no scent. I've been meaning to check out how to add fragrance to it. Before I go searching the net...

Do any of you make your own laundry detergent and add fragrance? How?

Do any of you splurge for a pretty, gentle, natural smelling pre-made laundry detergent? Commercial brands are just to strong for my taste.

you can add essential oils.. it only takes a few drops in a load.. not sure how much if you'd be scenting the detergent itself. And you can get lavender or lemon or lemongrass or.. oh just tons.. what sort of fragrance do you like?

We can't handle scented laundry soaps but I do splurge on a hand soap that I wouldn't mind in my laundry detergent. It's "Lemongrass and Clary Sage" scent from Nature's Gate. It just smells fresh to me and I would think the lemongrass is the dominant scent.
