I received about 2 cups of kumquats via a buying co-op. I searched allrecipes.com and received 8 recipes, none that caught my eye.
Anyone have any ideas?

just eat them? I haven't had kumquats since I was little but I remember liking them.. and I think we just picked them off the tree and ate them.

Had to go and refresh my memory.. I bet they'd make a SUPER marmalade if you're interested in that.. they're sweet where the orange is bitter.

oh no.. I remembered them being sweet and a bit tart in the middle (the skin is sweet and edible) But then looking around apparently there is one that the inside is sweet as well.. maybe those were what we had.
