Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

We're having arroz caldo -- Filipino congee. Made with chicken and glutinous rice and lots of ginger.

Oh, this is one of my favorite dishes my in-laws make--so yummy for cool weather.

We're having chicken caesar sandwiches. Not sure about sides yet. Maybe some garlic mashed potatoes.

Well, I just finished planning my menu for the week...
Tonight we are having roasted chicken breasts, Spanish potato wedges, sauteed peppers and onions, salad and bread.
Checking out your recipe, Stef!

Well, I thawed out a turkey breast to roast, but I am not sure what to make with it yet. I'm thinking rice and a spinach salad.

porkchops no clue with what yet.. but I bought those Saturday and they need to be used or frozen.

DH was supposed to have the day off but got called into work.. I hope he's home for them.. but while they're not so easy to heat up as some things they are good "leftover" so I know he'll get them sooner or later

Since the unmarked meat form the freezer is NOT turkey breast , we will be having Cauliflower Pasta sauce.
