Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

My daughter....
My thirteen year old daughter!!!, not the toddler!,
put lipstick on her mouth and smooched the shower curtain. What on earth? Why would she do such a thing? Well, don't ask me, because I can tell you, she doesn't know either!
How can I get lipstick out of it? It's a fabric curtain, not sure what kind of fabric off the top of my head, should I start just by washing it? I haven't done anything yet in case I make it worse.

I am happy to say I have never had this problem (I'm so relieved; I thought my kids had done literally everything in the home destruction department, but no! ), so I googled and came up with this. Not only will it help you get the stains out of the fabric, but if she starts getting lipstick elsewhere, you're covered! One thing I do know-don't toss the curtain in the dryer until the stain is completely gone or it will be set in permanently.

Thank you! I think I'll try pretreating and washing it, and if that doesn't work I'll try to find some Goof or Krud Kutter...we don't have those on hand, I think I've seen Goof in the store though.
