Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Our fridge is full of leftovers! I'm planning on clearing it out tonight.

I hope you all are having something more exciting!

leftovers here too, but if we need more food i'll make some mini trout-and-potato omelettes (i guess that still qualifies as "leftover" since the trout was baked last week and is in the freezer waiting to be used up. oooh, and yeah! dark chocolate puddings that i made for my 18-yo. "grownup" baby food

Wonderful, heavenly sandwiches at Darrell's before the football game.

I had a few porkchops though not enough to serve "pork chops" so I've chopped up the meat and will cook it with onions and seasonings and put it in a baking pan with veggies and then cover the whole thing with a thinned biscuit dough and then bake it.

Sure hope it works it was a suggestion a friend had and I have no clue if my kids will eat it.. but they like pork chop and biscuits so... here's hoping..
