Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Where do you store them? Do you just reuse tins/jars from things you had, or is there a special place to order (cheap!) containers? We don't have storage to save old jars, etc, so I don't usually have anything...

Amy I make many herbal salves and ointments, I reuse small jars and or thrift shop finds. No need to buy anything expensive, just make certain you sterilize all containers. You can also ask friends who use store bought baby food.

I buy from Mountain Rose Herbs - the containers are inexpensive but the shipping is a killer

I use the 4 oz canning jars, sometimes labelled "jelly jars". Most craft stores have an assortment of small containers by the soap supplies.

Would anyone be interested in posting a tutorial of what they make and how?

Not to wish more work upon you, I'm just curious....

Thanks for any consideration....

Maria

I have a lot of information and links on my blog here - the herbs label and the homemade baby products label.

Hope it helps.
