Sometimes it's great. Much of it is quick foods. We look at the list and     
Consider how much of it we'll actually it to decide if the pkg that month is worth it. Sometimes it isn't worth it for the few items we'd eat.
Sometimes it's a great deal and then we get the produce too, which is usually pretty decent.

Thisis one site that has a menu and recipes based on the box of the month, but it has not been updated since March or April. I know there are others that I Googled a long time ago that give tons of ideas for what to do with what you get.
