Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I have thought for a while that you can tell I homeschool simply by unloading my dish drying rack. Here's what I just put away:

2 beakers from the chem lab set
One snorkel
BBQ tools
a 5-year-old small plastic gelato bowl from our Italy adventures...we now use these for crackers, etc.
Zip-lock bags that I washed so I could reuse them
2 olive jars (identical) that I saved for science experiments

What about you?

PS - We usually have test tubes, too...talk about Mad Scientist Mom!

LOL! That's great!
I have (in addition to the many spoons and a few cereal bowls and my coffee cup)...

A tiny pitcher, eye dropper, and clear glass bowl (used for oil and water Montessori activity)
Several paintbrushes
Olive jar (for water for painting)
Flower vase
Mixing bowl and measuring cup (brownies for fathers day)
An empty grape juice container we re-use to take ice water out in the yard
Several yogurt cups rinsed and ready to go into art bin
Some glass microscope slides that have sat there for a week waiting to be put away (this is constant)
A small fish tank from our triops that just died
Oh, and some beads, blocks, dice and other small things from a sink-float activity

That's so funny, Nancy!!
I'm not at the beaker-science-stage yet, but yesterday I unloaded a bunch of toys, shovels from the sandbox, a pair of crocs, 3 scallop shells, 2 branches, a beer bottle and about 5 large rocks.
