Totally busy day here, orthodontist and dentist appointments, so not much time at home. I'm thinking tacos tonight. Hopefully while I am sitting in the lobbies waiting I can really nail down a menu plan and shopping list.

It's rainy and 52 degrees.
Perfect weather for Big Roaster Chicken, Garlic-y potatoes, Carrots & Salad. Rice Krispy treats for dessert.
Leftovers will make stock and a Mexican Chicken Soup for lunch tomorrow. (Honestly, that's the best part!)
