Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I have one of the world and one of the United States that have been in my fabric box for years. I have ideas for using them with our studies, but I can't decide which is the best way to finish them. I can sew simple skirts and quilts, but I'm not really a seamstress and I don't have a drop of creativity. All ideas and advice more than welcome.

They look like this

My original plan was just to hem the edges and use it on the floor with the little children, but my youngest is 8 now so that may not be the best idea.

when was a child, my family made bulletin boards by attaching burlap to a material that is not very thick and has a cardboard type outside (can't think of the name). perhaps a home improvement store could help.
God bless,

I actually made a sundress for one of my dd's using map material.

It was the dress she could take everywhere!

Ok, bad joke, but I couldn't help myself!

I'll see if I can't find the pattern I used. It was very simple but it was bright and colorful!

We use ours as a table cloth under a plastic covering I bought at Joanns

Good luck finding a use for them!
