Tonight I'll be making tequila lime chicken fettucine.
I have to make a shopping list today and make grocery shopping a priority tomorrow. Otherwise it will be PB&J the rest of the week.

Mary Chris, can you share that recipe? We love chicken and we love lime.
We are having grilled apple and port sausage and grilled chicken, potato salad, coleslaw and veggie tray with ranch dressing.

Broiled chicken, brown rice, spinach salad and a frozen vegetable.
Mmmm, Carole, I'd love to be at your house tonight.
This is one of those weeks when dh and I keep asking "where's our hired help?" I could use a few right now.

We're having Robina's Seis de Mayo recipe from this old meals thread. I made it a couple weeks ago (with a few substitutions) and it was delicious. We'll also have rice (for my hubby), corn, and a green salad.

I'm making steak fried rice with our leftover grilled steak. Banana pie (made with pudding and fresh bananas) for dessert--if I get around to making it.

Yes, also hoping for Mary Chris' recipe...
My oldest son is home for a few weeks before going back to his college town for a summer internship. He leaves in a week and between graduation, house guests and week-long trip to California we haven't had too many homecooked meals which he is craving. So tonight I'll be making one of his favorites - chicken enchiladas and refried beans.

I forgot to mention our fruit salad from Pentecost. It ended up being a 10 fruit salad because the raspberries went bad and I didn't bother with the apples, but it was a big hit anyway. But lots leftover. It will be making an appearance every night.

These posts have helped me with dinner (or rather avoid paying to go eat out) so I thought I would chime in.
Thick slices of deli cut honey ham
Summer squash casserole
Sliced cucumbers with little bit of ranch and pepper mixed

Mmm... I love cucumbers!! That's a great idea for a quick salad, Kathryn.
We're swamped this week, so I actually planned meals!! I'm in awe of myself. But I guess all the credit goes to MC who because of these threads made me think to plan!
Tonight we had Hawaiian breast of chicken (it was premade in the meat section for half price cuz it was the last day!! - so I have no clue how to make it, but it tasted great!) , mashed potatoes and spinach salad.

We were out snorkeling all day, so dinner was a quickie--fish tacos (grouper) with mango salsa and sweet potato fries.
