Crockpot french dip is on the menu for tonight. I'll make a salad, maybe some broccoli too and either chips or tater tots.

Chicken enchiladas from Costco (yes, I joined Costco today), rice and beans!
We are back from a short vacation today. I have never lived near a Costco (it is still two hours away, but for us that is close), so we joined! I had a great time there.

chicken something.. not sure what I want.. hmmm.. actually I think I want fried chicken.. which we'd have mashed potatoes and green beans with.. but if dh is home he may prefer to grill it.. so I just don't know

Homemade chicken salad, whole wheat pasta with pesto, and salad with strawberries and feta. I'm loving the lower fruit prices! I'm feeding a whole bunch of men again tonight, hopefully they don't mind the girl food!
