I have three Pampered Chef cookbooks. Well, at least I USED to have 3. One is missing. I was looking for the recipe that they use at Pampered Chef parties for the fruit tart with the sugar cookie bottom. It usually has kiwis and strawberries and things like that on top. I can't remember what is in the middle of it either. Does anyone have this recipe OR something like it? It doesn't HAVE to have a sugar cookie crust. That is just what I remember. If anyone has another fruit tart recipe, feel free to share that too.

wasn't it a sweetened cream cheese to stick the fruit too.. and maybe blueberries in the middle?

Kim, I did a search on the website, and I don't have the cookbook that I think it's in. I did find a free form tart recipe, maybe this will help?

Double Berry Galette:

1 lemon
3 cups blueberries, divided
1 cup raspberries, divided
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 refrigerated pie crust, softened
Powdered sugar

1. oven to 375. Zest lemon to measure 1 tsp zest. Juice lemon to measure 2 tsp juice. Combine lemon juice, 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup raspberries, sugar, flour and cinnamon and toss gently to coat.
2. Gently unroll pie crust onto center of flat round stone. Spoon Berry mixture even over crust within 1 1/2 inces of edge of crust. Fold outer edge of crust up over filling, overlapping every 2 inches to form an even border.
3. Bake 35-37 minutes until filling is bubbly and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining berries and cool 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, garnish with reserved lemon zest.

I have a few more "fruity" recipes. Let me know if there is something different. I have a plethora of PC cookbooks on my shelf.

Ok, one more that has the sugar cookie and kiwis like you mentioned. I could do this all night. I love looking for recipes!   

1   package (18 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1   container (8 ounces) vanilla, strawberry or banana low-fat yogurt
1   can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, well drained
1/4   cup flaked coconut (optional)
2   kiwis, peeled and sliced
1/2   cup red grapes, cut in half
1   can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments, well drained
2   tablespoons whole, unblanched almonds, chopped

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Form dough into a ball and place in center of Classic Round Stone. Roll dough into a 12-inch circle, about 1/4-inch thick. Bake 16-18 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Carefully loosen cookie from Baking Stone; cool completely.

2. Combine yogurt, pineapple and coconut; spread mixture evenly over top of cookie. Slice kiwis and cut grapes in half using Paring Knife. Arrange mandarin oranges, kiwi slices and grapes in a circle over yogurt mixture.

3. Chop almonds with Food Chopper; sprinkle over fruit. Slice and serve.

Yield: 16 servings

Nutrients per serving: Calories 160, Total Fat 6 g, Saturated Fat 1.5 g, Cholesterol less than 5 mg, Carbohydrate 26 g, Protein 2 g, Sodium 135 mg, Fiber less than 1 g
