For dinner tonight meatloaf will be on the table along with some sweet potato fries, hopefully a salad and maybe even some yummy bread. We'll see how much I get accomplished today.
Breakfast was english muffins and peanut butter or chicken pot pie.
Lunch probably pepperoni rolls, I may defrost some soup for me.
Dd13 would like to make some blondies, she had some yummy ones on Saturday night.
My co-op order is coming today!! It will be good to stock up the freezer.

Hahahahaha.
It is snowing and I have very little "planned" food here. Sigh. Hopefully I will be back later to update...

Nary a flake here.
Dinner will be baked or roasted chicken with brown rice, salad, and a vegetable of some kind.

Pot pie for breakfast sounds delish! I am so glad to know that I am not the only one who enjoys leftovers for breakfast! I think leftover Chinese food is the best!
We are having roasted chicken and baked potatoes with veggie sticks on the side (maybe roasted sweet potatoes for the grown-ups).

Lunch: I had a smoothie and Madeline is having frozen fish fillets and french fries.
Dinner: PB&J before swim team...the team is having a spaghetti dinner tonight. We need just enough to keep us going until the pasta arrives.

Mary Chris -
Do you make your own sweet potato fries or use frozen? I CANNOT get the hang of slicing raw sweet potatoes, so I'm hoping for advice.
Peace,
Nancy

Chili, cinnamon rolls, and some sort of veggie. Likely green beans, perhaps baby carrots too.
I think since dinner is make-ahead (and pretty much finished), I'll get a jump start on tomorrow and make a breakfast casserole this evening to be baked in the morning.

I am having a bad tummy day....so dinner will likely be poptarts and cold cereal. I can't move around much without negative consequences...

Nancy,
I do make my own, well.......I have only made them once....when Maryan and her sweet ones came over for dinner. I guess I just sliced them down the middle and then in strips. Tonight I am just baking them, the kids decided. When I bake them we just add butter, the kids really want them with brown sugar like they are served at Outback.
I don't know if this will be funny to anyone but me......In December, dh came home down in Va Beach and it was ds 11 b-day. We went to Outback for dinner. The waitress took our orders, dh was the last to order, she looked at him and said, "What are you havin' dad?" The kids could barely keep a straight face and as soon as she walked away asked him about their long lost sister. Dd ordered a sweet potato as her side, and the "long lost sister" asked her if she wanted it with brown sugar. So now whenever we have sweet potatoes, the kids ask if they can have brown sugar on it......in honor of their "long lost sister." Of course being the grouch I am, I always say no!

We always put butter, brown sugar and cinnamon on our bake sweet potatoes. It never occurred to me to say no. Is there a reason other than you are a grouch and I am not

DH saw this and wants to come to your house for this meal. I won't cook pork since I don't like it. He's dying for some.
Today is over but here is what we had. The thread wasn't up yet when I visited this morning.
Breakfast-oatmeal/cereal
Lunch-sandwiches (I had leftover burrito)
Supper-Chicken and Noodles, Mashed Potatoes
