Hi Friends! My internet is down and I am not sure when it will be up and running again. I'm enjoying free wifi and a bowl of french onion soup at Panera at the moment.

So can folks volunteer to start the meal threads this week. If you could list the day you would like to take in the thread and feel free to come up with more exciting names then...Monday Night Meals.

So, maybe not a separate thread, but how about inlcuding both lunch (if you have any) and dinner ideas in the same post - just label them as such - how does that sound?
