What's cooking at your house tonight? We are eating out, I'm not sure where or what.......I have a feeling burgers might be involved for some of my little ones.
This has been fun this week, should we continue? I have found some new recipes for our table, one day next week I'll be making Taco Pie.

Fridays we tend toward frozen cheese pizza (Wegman's has the BEST!) ... but tonight I think we're actually going to cook something (if only to warm the house )
I'm thinking something like Salmon burgers on homemade rolls ... if we get our other work done today!

Every Friday night for as long as I can remember I have been making pizza and pudding. I make the dough in my Bosch, so that is a breeze. I have a really simple pudding recipe that I found online years ago and modified to fit my tastes (it was WAY too sweet before). The toppings of the pizza vary according to my mood and what is available and most of the time our pizza is white (ie, has no sauce). Some favorites are pesto (in place of the sauce), swiss chard with tons of garlic, and creamed spinach. Tonight one of the pizzas will have creamed spinach and the other will have mushrooms with onion slices. Both will have tons of garlic I will be making chocolate pudding for me and who knows what kind dh and dd#1 will want (perhaps lemon, rose water, vanilla, or chocolate).

Fish and Chips!
Cole slaw too.
Fast and the kids love the fried fish and french fries. Not very healthy, though.

We're having tuna casserole and a salad. The kids were actually asking for it a few days ago so I thought we'd do it today.

Navy bean soup, salad and whole wheat rolls--if I can carve out enough time to make the dough today.

Tuna melts are our Friday standby, but I'm out of tuna. So, I think we are going to have this sauce/soup experiment from yesterday's lunch over potatoes...

We're having scrambled eggs and a skillet potato pie--my husband's favorite Friday meal.

We usually have fish-n-chips, but tonight I am making tuna casserole. My kids really love it!

Split pea soup with homemade Irish Soda bread is what I made...however, our homeschool group is having our "Talent Show" tonight with a potluck dinner, so who knows what I'll actually eat...probably too much of whatever it is.
I always enjoy hearing about what others have on their menu, so I would love for you to continue this, Mary Chris!
Bon appetit!
Peace.

I have loved reading these threads even though I haven't commented yet. Please keep them going!
As far as what we are having... that is up to Husband. He promised the kids that he would bring home a surprise for dinner if they took care of me today (ugly head and chest cold ).

Friday is always pizza night here. The dough is super easy to make, and the kids have fun adding toppings. Tonight is either traditional pepperoni and cheese or chicken alfredo.
Friday night is also movie night, they pick by Bday order and the person picking can choose dessert or popcorn.

Fridays are usually home made cheese pizza or pierogies, but I am missing ingredients tonight and I am NOT going out in the cold! So, it will just be spaghetti and home made bread!
