Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

i am cleaning out, and for some reason, i have a bag of mismatched baby socks. why have i held on to them? i dont know, maybe i had a great idea once and now have forgotten. but i thought probably some others have the same thing, and i thought of a few craft ideas, though i havent attempted them yet.
snow men (stuff and tie off in three sections and add felt hat, nose etc)
angels (stuff and tie off in two sections and add wings)
puppets (though some are kind of small)
worms/caterpillars/ snakes

any other ideas?

You can stuff and sew a bunch together and make draft-stoppers (you might need those in Romania ); you could also stuff them and make a patchwork baby quilt with them ... or roll them into "donuts", tack the center "hole" and sew those circles together into a playmat/quilt ....

Put one of those refrezze ice cubes inside a few and tie off the end. Keep them in the freezer as "boo boo buddies." Give them to your kids to make finger puppets. Fill them with rice scented with a little lavender essential oil and put them in your drawers or under pillows for a relaxing effect, or on your temples after a really bad day!

We use them to make little stuffed snowmen during the winter

Here's one website with instructions:

I love the ideas! I have also used them as hats for snowmen I like to make with the kids...
I take a very small clay pot and glue a styrofoam ball in it so it looks like a snowcone. I add the sock for the hat and add cloves for the eyes and smile and an orange pipe cleaner cut to size for the "carrot" Last I take a piece of red or green felt and tie around the pot ( at the neck line) for the scarf.. they make cute gifts too!
