My left foot hurts - but not when I walk or stand . More like when I sit on it, wiggle or stretch it, or compress it. I have also started getting corns on the bottom of that foot. (this makes me feel old - should I post this in the over 40 forum?)

My everyday Dansko clogs are about 8 years old. Around the house I wear Stegmann wool clogs (winter)or Birks (summer).

Not sure if I should go spend $$$ on new shoes, visit the doctor, or wait to see if this goes away. I don't really want to spend the money, since my feet feel fine when I am wearing shoes, so . . . does anyone have experience with foot pain? What does this sound like?

I did call Dansko, and of course the customer service representative recommend buying a new pair, and offered to send a $10 coupon in the mail.

I have been struggling with foot pain for the past months. I can't figure it out. I recently bought new tennis shoes and at times it feels worse when I wear them. My Danskos seem to really aggravate it, too...and my foot doesn't bother me as much when I'm barefoot.
