I'm looking for a source that is pure magnesium citrate as a supplement. The magnesium that I usually take seems to have changed their formula, and now I'm unable to tolerate even a small bit.

I use the vitacost.com brand it still has binders and such in it.. but it says free from a whole list of stuff including gluten

Thanks. Binders are okay, it's that mine had a mix of magnesiums.

Actually, I'm looking at my labels and realizing it was the oxide in my supplement that I was having problems with. 400 mg plus my magnesium citrate /malate combo was really causing problems.

Slightly off topic....but this is what I use for Magnesium (and was recommended by my doctor, as well)

Ancient Minerals Magnesium

This is another brand that I have purchased as well: Health and Wisdom Magnesium

The gel I will dilute with water and spray on my skin. The others I put in my bath and soak for at least 20 mins. This really helps my leg cramps SOOOOO much.
