Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I have never taken this vitamin, I'd like anyone who has used it to give me honest feedback.

My last 3-4 cycles, my pms has included nausea, like morning sickness, and let's say... mildly irrational behavior..
So, I'd like to find a way to be myself..the entire cycle!

I use Optivite. I've never taken it purposely for pms symptoms. However I can say that in general I feel much better (healthier and more on top of things) when taking it regularly. If you're nursing, be sure to take no more than 4 per day. (6 is the recommended dosage). I guess it can affect milk supply. The details are in the literature that comes inside the bottle.
Make sure you shop around for the best price in your area. It can differ by $10. I used to pay $24 per bottle at the drug store. Now I get it at Costco for less than $15 per bottle. They keep it behind the counter in the pharmacy. It may be a special order, so I would ask.
Hope this helps.
:)

I used to buy mine from American Pro-Life Enterprises. They give a discount if you buy three or more, and they also have their own Pro-Cycle PMS, which is basically the same as Optivite, but a little cheaper. You have to buy 5 or more of that for the bulk discount, which is probably too much to buy before you know if it works for you, but if you decide you like it, it would be worth it. Also, you'll probably need to take it regularly for at least 2-3 cycles before you know for sure if it's helping.
