I had wanted a t-tapp for myself but after checking out my sister's wii fit.. I knew that my kids would be much more interested in doing the wii fit.

So that's what we got.

It's actually kinda fun.

We got it last Thursday. And I've done at least 20 min on it every day except Sunday. It can be hard some days.. I've had two days that I've done it just before bed.. but I got it in.

Part of the fun is that most of the exercises get points or times or scores of some sort.. and the kids are real good about good natured one-up-manship on it. There's a couple that I have the top score on.

And the kids that I think needed a bit of help starting to get moving it's working great for. I've even caught them doing things like jumping rope again. And I'm not having to say much.. it's really rather motivating with it's charts and goals and horrible labels (like overweight or *gasp* obese )

So even if it's not perfect it's got a lot of us up and moving on a fairly regular basis even with the icky weather outside. (it's not a problem in the summer when it's nice outside)
