Many of my doctors are recommending that I follow an alkaline diet. I feel so tired and struggling just to feed the family for 3 meals right now - that having to research and think about a different way of eating is stressful. Does anyone else have to eat more alkaline food and if so please would you share what you eat. Any resources to share?

My mother always eats an 70% alkaline foods diet. She got most of her information and resources from Dr. Robert Young and his Ph Miracle research.
Here is a list of alkaline foods.
I don't know lots about all of this, but I do know some from my mom and I tried the diet myself shortly after my youngest was born. It is hard (especially becuase you seem to always have to be eating something completely different from the rest of the family, which is so tiring), but my mom absolutely swears by it being the key to improvements with several big health problems she has. She's always telling me I should do it again.
