Sinupret is an herbal sinus-support liquid recommended by Dr. Sears ever since the discontinuation of cold medications for under-4s.

Has anyone had luck with this? I bought some today, my little 2 just CANT get over their endless colds... The directions don't indicate if you're supposed to take it all the time, or only when you are sick.

We use this in Germany quite often, adults and children. Do you use drops? You certainly don't have to have a fever to use this. We also use a pot of VERY HOT water with salt or camomile flowers to inhale...For your age of children, we make a "tent" under a table and an adult sits with them with this very hot water. Go to bed immediately afterwards or some other cozy , warm spot. Drink lots of herbal tea.
From our experience, homeopathic 'medicines' are only helpful, if you complement them like the examples above plus a slower lifestyle.

I am from Germany also and grew up with Sinupret. My mother would only give it to me if I had a stuffy nose. It helps to thin mucus. To get over colds in general I would use elderberry drops. To prevent colds try Esberitox, also from Germany. You might also want to give your children cod liver oil in the winter.
