Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Hi Ladies,

A response on another post reminded me that it is time to break out my Vitamix. We are blessed to get lots of, "points" through my husband's work. He usually just takes me to the website and says, "Have fun sweetie!" While the Kate Spade purses were enticing, I opted this time for a Vitamix and an Excalibur dehydrator.

I received them about 6 months ago and have been too intimidated to take either of them out of the box. I think Elizabeth posted about a breakfast that she made using the Vitamix. I looks great and I think I may try it...I've been wanting to add more coconut oil to our diets. Any more suggestions using either of these appliances?

I figured this was health-related but it may need to be moved to the "home arts" category.

Thanks,
DeAnn

Perfect! Thanks!

DeAnn

I suppose I should have searched before I asked. I just got so excited at the prospect of breaking out my mixer! Is it sad to get excited about appliances?
