Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

We woke up this morning to find MB with an odd rash in his left armpit, it's very red, slightly swollen, and kind of oozy, only in one armpit. It doesn't seem to be bothering him, but it looks awful.

I've been battling a bit of yeast myself, but I think I have cleared it up. While I was battling it, he didn't show any signs of it whatsoever, no diaper rash or thrush etc...

He does have a touch of diaper rash, but it looks like contact dermatitis rather than yeast (it's not pimply the way yeast usually is.) Actually, come to think of it, the rash on his armpit looks alot like the rash on his bottom. It's in the deep fat rolls on his bottom, read with a peely outer edge. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Just an update, I do think it's yeast. I've been very diligent about washing with grapefruit seed extract after each elimination, drying with a hair dryer afterwards and using minimal diapers (which we do anyway! ) and the bottom rash looks loads better, the armpit rash maybe a tad better, well, it's actually still pretty angry looking. ACK! I just can't figure out why we've been plagued with yeast the past month...

Have you ever tried Virgin Coconut Oil on yeast?

Rebecca, I've come across so many yeast remedies lately, but I don't think I've seen Virgin Coconut Oil as one yet. I've heard about it for other things though. Do you use it? What are it's uses and benefits? Thanks!

*MB looks LOADS better this morning, armpit and bottom, we'll continue the GSE regimine today. My husband used it for his yeast issues just since yesterday and he's noticed improvement also!
