My best friend and her 9 month old daughter just got over a round of the stomach flu and now she is afraid she has lost her milk supply. Any suggestions or web sites would be very helpful. Thank you so much and prayers for Rhonda would be so appreciated lots of stress for her right now. TIA Annie

I agree. Rest, drink, nurse... repeat. And I found that Mother's Milk Tea helped me to build my supply back up.

If she tries fenugreek, she'll know she has enough in her system when she smells like maple syrup. I had good success with it nursing my first and coping with supply issues. Also, oatmeal helps boost supply. And non-alcoholic beer. And, of course, as others have said, REST, WATER and NURSE LOTS :)
