Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

That seems such a silly subject line, but here I am at 20 weeks and feel every day like I've been run over by a ten ton truck!

I'm eating ok, taking a pregnancy supplement, sleeping 7 or 8 hours a night, uninterrupted, often napping for 30 to 40 minutes in the afternoon... I don't do hard physical work, I haven't got to run around after toddlers -- what's the matter with me?? My previous pregnancies were a breeze by comparison, and then I *did* have toddlers to look after.

Am I past it at 35?!

Elizabeth, I'm dragging, too, and I'm at 23 1/2 weeks. But then again, I'm low energy level not pregnant.

Have you had your iron levels checked lately? I know for many pregnant moms that can be the culprit.

Elizabeth, how is your thyroid? Has it's levels been tested? This is my best pregnancy and my thyroid has been managed wonderfully this time, it is making the difference.

all supplements are not created equal.. the ones I found that worked for me and made a HUGE difference were the NF Formulas Prenatal Forte.. easier to find and very similiar are the Rainbow Light Prenatals (the 6 a day ones).. you can find them online and see the amounts of vits. in the doseage.. it really does make a difference to get the larger doses.
