Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I'm just wondering if anyone has had bad varicose veins and if they've been able to get rid of them. If so, how? Also, I am on Baby #5, due in Oct. and am not looking forward to the afterpains. For me, they are worse than labour, and they get worse with each baby. I've just read that crampbark tincture might help...where would I get that? Any recommended sources? And are there any other suggestions?
Thanks!

I haven't been able to get rid of my varicose veins during pregnancy. I know there are some herbal remedies but I don't think you can take them pregnant. I don't know if the same is true of some of the topical stuff.

I have to wear moderate compression support hose. I get them from Healthy Legs.

I always just take Motrin for afterpains.
