Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Ladies I could really use your help in getting fiber into the diet of our ds 6 .
He has suffered from a constipation prob ever since he had a bad dose of strep two yrs ago .
He also used to eat much healthier food choices such as raw vegies & fruits .Then around 4 1/2 yrs he decided he loves the tyical indian diet of baolony and white bread the odd hot dog etc.
I do get oatmeal into him and cut up apple . Even apple sauce he'll say no to .
Maybe I'm just giving him afr to many options ?
He'll turn his nose to a supper everyone else is having so then I offer him something else .
He is my baby you know
so any ideas on fussy balony eating kids ?
Thanks , Roxie

We did those yummy fiber tablets you can get in the health food store for a while. Benefiber makes some too I think.   They were like treatys! Then more whole grain cooking - nothing white flour came into this house!
