Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I am wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to get rid of this problem? I probably have a progesterone problem. I have a short luteual phase and have a history of miscarriages. I have been taking Optivite for over a year and doing the diet recommended in Fertility, cylces and nutrition but they haven't helped. I am almost 41. I know this is part of aging but is there anything to be done about it? I also want to try to have another baby and need to get things straightened out. I have taken progesterone in the past to sustain pregnancies.

Have you tried using Natural Progesterone Cream during the 2ww to extend your luteal phase a bit? That might help.

Don't have any more advice for you...but if you suspect a progesterone deficiency, it might be the best option for you...

I second what Rachel wrote.
I have been using Natural progesterone to lengthen the luteul phase. It has helped, definitely.

What about the lighting suggestions in Shannon's book to extend the luteal phase?

I added Vitamin E and Evening Primrose Oil in my vitamin routine. It seemed to work the trick this time, as my progesterone level was high in early pregnancy.
