Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Do you just staple it on up there or do you have something like a corkboard on your wall?? TIA.

We use either push pins or nails. Nails are for the heavier stuff. The push pins hold up my hanging liturgical calendar, timelines, etc. and nails are for framed items. I do have one small corkboard up in the kitchen (it covers very dark wall paper that we intend to remove as soon as we can have the time and afford it) and it is mounted with wall screws so when we remove it there will be a lot more wall repair to do before painting.

Oops, I just noticed the ages of your oldest - don't know if I'd use push pins with those ages. We have used a sticky, pink stuff - looks a bit like silly puddy but it does leave a greasy residue. We have also used masking tape - doesn't pull paint quite as badly as other things.

I try to avoid holes, so if it is just artwork or something on a piece of paper, I use scotch tape. It peels off easily.

If it is something semi-permanent, I will use a nail, but I think about it a lot before putting a hole in the wall.

We are remodeling a house, and I do want a large, built-in corkboard for the schoolroom. That will help be avoid tape and nails!

We use a reusable adhesive like this to hang papers and posterboard on the wall.

I got a great idea from a friend- she uses those 3m brand adhesive backed hooks and punches holes in the posters (one on each top corner). Sometimes I put a ring through the hole, sometimes just slide the hole itself over the hook.

With the fun tak, as long as it is blue or white in color (any brand) it usually works great without leaving a residue. However, in my experience, the other colors either do not stick or leave a mess.
