Rachel, we practice most of our grace and courtesy lessons at our Teatimes. This is the perfect medium in which to slow down and for my dc (most of which are boys) will stop being squirrley and be respectful and thoughtful as they see this as a VERY special time of the day

Some books I like for this are Emilie Barnes's Let's Have a Tea Party, and the other book on Manners that I love...looking for my copy, Everyday Graces. Sorry my link thing isn't working right now from typepad

Also Lori has some lovely posts onGrace and Courtesy

Also, in the online class I am taking we have some nice lessons on this too, but I haven't done them yet as we kind of already do this with our Teas    I do plan on doing some one-on-one with my toddle though, as he could certainly benefit

Right now we have tea about 2 -3 times a week. Usually depends on what Feasts we might be celebrating too. When I have done it once a week it seemed to be Tuesday's for us. Try a few different things and see what works for your gang
