I get the top two pictures fine but the bottom two on each page don't load for a long time. But they finally do.
Oh, and they are very beatiful pictures. Making me homesick.

I saw all the files, but no images until I download them. Is that what you wanted to know? Of course, the pictures are beautiful... but I am not in the mountains... maybe I'll steal the idea for local flowers

OK, not sure if there's a way to fix it, it's my first attempt at Boxnet. Yes Rachel, I just wanted to make sure you could open the files and save them if they were something you could add to your Botany area

Very nice. They didn't take too long for me to load (upload, download, whatever..)
You might want to try compressing your files before you upload them to Boxnet. It will take less of your online storage pace and make downloads faster on both ends.
I use Microsoft Picture Editor to compress mine, using the "compress for documents" option. That will take a large file document down to a manageable file size without noticeably compromising image quality. It doesn't reduce them nearly as much as compressing for web pages or email.
Another option, if you are using Word to make the documents is to right click on the picture, go to properties, and then compress. You can select "all pictures in document" as an option and do them all at once that way, rather than having to compress images individually.

Slight correction, sorry:
"Another option, if you are using Word to make the documents is to right click on the picture, go to format picture , and then compress. You can select "all pictures in document" as an option and do them all at once that way, rather than having to compress images individually."

Meredith:
Thank you so much. Even this computer challenged person had no trouble downloading and printing. They are absolutely beautiful and will be so nice with our science botany unit I've "planned" for the school year.
