Okay, I've just been flattened! Absolutely had the air let out of my tires...

I was just getting out the tiles I worked on for our hundreds board, and my dgs said "What are those for?". I told him they are for counting to one hundred. "Is that Montessori?", he asked. "Yes, it's going to be an activity that I'm making for you to learn with," I told him.

"Oh, so all that stuff you've been making is just fake Montessori," he said.

Um, yeah, not really genuine I guess...
